Simon Schubert

I discovered the interesting work of Simon Schubert the other day whose folded paper sheets create these elaborate and vulnerable landscapes.  Schubert’s sheets are incredibly intricate with complex geometrical relationships, evoking sculptural relief from the two dimensional canvas.
